High speed refrigerated centrifuge is a routine laboratory
centrifuge, is widely used in biology, chemistry, medicine and
other scientific research and education and is suitable for the
trace sample fast separation synthesis production
department.High-speed centrifuge working principle is: the
centrifuge in the process of high speed, the centrifugal force
caused by the movement to form the solid material suspended in the
liquid precipitation, namely suspended fluid quality zui big or
bulky object to turn radius direction, and the part quality or
small deposit in turn radius close.High speed and ultracentrifuge
is biochemical research of biochemical experiment teaching and
important precision equipment, because of its high speed, the
centrifugal force is big, improper use or lack of regular
maintenance and maintenance, is likely to be a serious accident,
therefore using centrifuges operating rules must be strictly
observed.
High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge Operating procedures
1. The working table of the desktop high-speed centrifuge should be
flat and firm, and the working room should be neat and clean, dry
and well ventilated.
2. Turn on the power switch and the instruction light is on.
3. Turn off the power switch.
4. Open the centrifuge cover and wipe the inner cavity and rotor
clean.
5. Install test tubes with consistent weighing.
6. Close the centrifuge lid.
7. Set the timing.
8. Turn on the power switch.
High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge Maintenance
1. Do not place any substance on the centrifuge cover. After each
use, be sure to clean the inner cavity and rotor.
2. If the desktop high-speed centrifuge has not been used for a
long time, the centrifuge cover should be opened for a period of
time before use to dry the inner cavity.
3. The wear and tear of the desktop high-speed centrifuge after
long-term use is normal.
4. The workbench and casing should be kept clean at all times, and
the centrifuge should be covered with a plastic cover when not in
use, and stored in a dry air room without harmful gas immersion.
